Return Policy
Contact Us First: Please contact our customer service team before returning any items.
Exchanges Within Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, and Macau: Customers are eligible for one free exchange of size or style within 7 days from the date of receipt. Our company will arrange to collect the item(s) from your designated location. For remote areas, customers will need to send the item(s) back themselves and select the "freight collect" shipping option. Refunds are not available unless there is a quality issue. We appreciate your understanding.
Shipping Fees for Other Regions: To ensure fair pricing for all customers, our products are sold with minimal profit margins. For regions outside Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, and Macau, customers will be responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
Custom or Personalized Items: Unless there is a serious quality issue, all engraved or specially customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We appreciate your understanding.
Definition of Quality Issues: Quality problems include loose stones, severe scratches on accessories, or significant cutting deviations on moissanite stones.
